Do I need an appointment to try on dresses at Oast Bridal?

Yes. All visits to Oast Bridal are by appointment only to ensure every bride receives private, uninterrupted time with our stylists. You can book your appointment here.

What’s the difference between a free and a VIP appointment?

You can upgrade to a VIP appointment for only £45. This includes a bottle of Prosecco for you to enjoy with your entourage, plus a luxury goody bag for the bride – perfect for adding an extra celebratory touch to your bridal experience.

Can I bring guests with me to my bridal appointment?

Yes. We welcome brides to bring along supportive guests. If you’re planning a larger group, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How long do bridal appointments last?

Appointments typically last around 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to browse, try on gowns, and discuss options with your stylist.

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Where possible, yes. While most appointments are booked in advance, we understand some brides are on tighter timelines. If you're looking for a short-notice fitting, please call us directly on 01622 873434.

We recommend wearing nude or seamless underwear and a strapless bra if you have one. Feel free to bring photos of dresses you like, or browse online beforehand.

Do you offer alterations?

We can advise on local seamstresses and offer guidance on the best next steps once your dress is ordered. Many minor alterations can be handled through our wider team network.
